HOW YOU USE IT:

For a classic liner look, press firmly into Eye Definer. Tap off excess and test color on the back of your hand to ensure you have the desired amount of pigment. Place the brush on the outer corner of your eye and press and wiggle across your lash line toward the innermost lash.
