This handmade necklace features a cross-barred venus seashell, 3 rare Australian crystal pipe pipe opals, and two faceted apatite gemstones set in sterling and fine silver. They hang from a 20" sterling silver chain. 

Crystal pipe opal from Australia is highly coveted and not easy to get your hands on. Mother Nature only created pipe opals in small localized areas, so it can take several years or decades before more of it is found in large quantities. This means that the supply of crystal pipe opals is extremely limited, yet demand for this beautiful stone continues to grow. I’ve slowly been collecting these opals and have watched the price skyrocket just in the last year. I’m so grateful to have been able to get my hands on some of these beauts for this ring.

As with all handmade jewelry, this piece is delicate and should not be worn during strenuous activity or in water. Please take care to remove it while swimming, bathing, washing hands, playing sports, etc. and avoid applying oils and lotions while wearing it.
